Clean desk policy

During business hours

- Project work papers and trays may be placed neatly on the workspace desktop
- Bulk office supplies should be stored away in either an allocated pedestal or cabinet
- Inter/intra-office dialing listings may be attached to the workspace panels or placed on the desktop
- Conservative calendars may be temporarily attached to workspace panels or placed on the desktop in long term workspaces only
- Reference books and cakes (Dictionaries, Thesaurus, etc.) may be kept on desktop or stored in file cabinets for easy access
